Check-In Times
- Campsites: 1:00 PM
- Cabins: 3:00 PM
- Early check-in available upon request — subject to availability, fees may apply
- Arriving after 9:00 PM: call ahead — failure to notify may result in reservation cancellation with payment forfeited
Check-Out Times
- All sites and cabins: 11:00 AM
- Late check-out available upon request — subject to availability, fees may apply
- Sites not vacated by 11:00 AM may be charged an additional night
Payment & Cancellation
We require full payment at booking to hold your reservation. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair — with enough notice, you’ll get your money back.
Payment
- Payment in full required for all reservations at time of booking
- Cabin guests: $50 cleaning deposit plus credit card required at check-in
- Cleaning deposit refunded if cabin is returned in the same condition
- Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum stay
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if canceled 14+ days before arrival, minus $20 cancellation fee
- Cancellations within 14 days of arrival forfeit full payment — no exceptions
- No refunds for early departures
- Holiday weekend reservations: same 14-day policy applies
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at Nature’s Touch. We love well-behaved animals. These rules keep the campground safe and enjoyable for every guest — including the ones with four legs.
Campsites
- Up to 2 pets per site
- Pet fee: $10 per pet, one-time — regardless of length of stay
- Current vaccination/shot records required at check-in
- All pets must remain leashed at all times throughout the campground
- Owners responsible for cleaning up after pets immediately
- Pets must not be left unattended at sites
- Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in removal from the campground
Cabins
- All cabins are pet friendly
- Pet fee: $18 per pet per day — maximum 2 pets
- Current vaccination/shot records required at check-in
- Same leash and cleanup rules apply
- Pets not permitted on cabin furniture or bedding
- Damage caused by pets may result in additional charges beyond the cleaning deposit
Vehicles & Parking
The speed limit in the campground is 5 MPH at all times. Children play throughout the campground — please drive accordingly.
Vehicle Rules
- Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the campground at all times — no exceptions. Applies to anything that moves, including cars, RVs, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, e-bikes, and power wheels/ride-on toys.
- ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, and other electric or gas-powered vehicles are permitted on-site, provided they are operated safely, stay on designated roads and pads, and follow the 5 MPH limit at all times.
- Loud vehicles and engines must comply with quiet hours (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM) — no ATV, UTV, generator, or other loud vehicle use during quiet hours.
- Two vehicles included per site in the base rate
- Additional vehicles: $8 per day — must use overflow parking
- Boats on trailers count as additional vehicles
- All vehicles and powered equipment must remain on designated roads and pads
RV & Large Rigs
- Pull-through sites available for larger rigs — request at booking
- 30-amp and 50-amp electric available
- One camping unit (RV) permitted per site, plus one additional tent, provided it stays within your site boundaries
- Dump station available on-site for water & electric sites
- Seasonal electrical use subject to fair use — space heaters and air conditioners may require full hookup sites
Quiet Hours & Conduct
Quiet hours make the campground enjoyable for everyone — especially families with young children. We appreciate your cooperation.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- All noise to be kept at a minimum during quiet hours
- Generators must be turned off during quiet hours
- Music, amplified sound, and loud conversations must cease at 11:00 PM
- Guests repeatedly violating quiet hours may be asked to leave without refund
General Conduct
- Respect your neighbors — campsite boundaries must be honored
- No foul language or aggressive behavior toward staff or other guests
- Intoxicated guests causing disturbances will be removed from the campground
- Management reserves the right to remove any guest for conduct violations without refund
Cabin Rules
Our cabins are cleaned and maintained between every stay. These rules help us keep them in great condition for every guest.
What’s Provided & What to Bring
- Linens, blankets, and pillows are NOT provided — bring your own
- Cooking utensils are NOT provided — bring your own
- Loft mattresses not provided — blow-up mattresses fit well
- Charcoal grill, fire ring, and picnic table included at every cabin
- Firewood available at the camp store
Cabin Conduct
- NO SMOKING inside any cabin — violation forfeits cleaning deposit and may incur additional charges
- Two vehicles permitted per cabin site — additional vehicles $8/day in overflow
- One additional tent permitted on cabin sites, provided it stays within your site boundaries
- $50 cleaning deposit plus credit card required at check-in
- Damage beyond normal wear will be charged to the card on file
Photography & Video Policy
Guest Privacy
- Please do not photograph or record video of other guests outside your own group or party without their express permission.
Marketing Use
- Nature’s Touch Campground reserves the right to photograph or record video on the property for promotional and marketing purposes.
Fires & Safety
Campfires are one of the best parts of camping. These rules keep them safe for everyone.
- Campfires permitted in designated fire rings only — no ground fires
- Fires must be attended at all times — never leave a fire unattended
- Fires must be fully extinguished before going to sleep or leaving your site
- Firewood available at the camp store — do not bring outside firewood from home (invasive species risk)
- No fireworks of any kind permitted in the campground
- During burn bans issued by local authorities, all campfires are prohibited
General Rules
A few more things that keep the campground clean, safe, and enjoyable for every guest and their family.
Campground Rules
- No cutting of trees, plants, or vegetation anywhere on the property
- Trash must be placed in designated receptacles — do not leave trash at sites
- Gray water must be disposed of properly — not on the ground
- Clotheslines must use existing trees only — no stakes in the ground
- Swimming pool rules posted at the pool must be followed at all times
- Children must be actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times while at the pool
- All guests including visitors must be registered at the office
Guest Responsibility
- Each registered guest is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 PM
- Nature’s Touch Campground is not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage to personal property
- Management decisions are final
By booking a reservation at Nature’s Touch Campground you agree to abide by all campground rules and policies. Management reserves the right to remove any guest who fails to comply with these rules, without refund. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting your family.
